My CrossWave is difficult to push

*It will be more difficult to push if the CrossWave is cleaning thick or high carpet or a sticky mess on a bare floor

• Unplug machine
• Lay it down upside down to inspect wheels
• Manually spin front and rear wheels and remove any debris around them
• Plug machine in
• Select a cleaning mode

• Recline machine to activate brush roll
• If brush roll does not turn, refer to Brush Not Turningtroubleshooting
• If machine is still hard to push, please contact BISSELL Consumer Care
